First, thank you for purchasing our Olomo theme!

This guide provides instructions for installation, help on getting started and extensive documentation of features. It is recommended you read it thoroughly to fully leverage the Olomo theme's capabilities. Please also make sure to check out our Video Tutorials as they explain everything covered in here in greater depth. We hope you enjoy building with Olomo as much as we enjoyed developing it and continue to develop with new features!

Before beginning the installation and configuring of your new theme, you must first have WordPress already installed on a server.

If you are struggling, here is a very detailed guide at Wordpress Codex that will walk you through every step.

Once you have setup a copy of WordPress, there are two ways you can go about installing the theme:

• 1. FTP Upload
  

  Unzip the download and upload the theme directory /Olomo/ into your WordPress themes directory /wp-content/themes/.

• 2. WordPress Upload
  

  This is definitely the easier route for most. Simply navigate to Appearance > Add New Themes > Upload. Click the 'browse' button and locate the still zipped theme folder. The theme will be uploaded and installed in a matter of seconds.

After you have installed the theme successfully, you can optionally import the supplied dummy data in order to get a feel for things. If you're interested in importing the data, pleave check the Demo Data section below

Once you install and activate the theme: you will see Olomo Tab below Dashboard tab in backend.

Then go to Olomo->License You will see a license wizard.

Enter your Envato Purchase Code License here and click activate button.

If your license is valid then theme will activate for your domain (One license is for one domain only) otherwise you will see error message.

Once you have installed and activated our theme you will be prompted to install required and recommended plugins. Just click the link to begin installing plugins.

Next, check boxes to select all the plugins you want to install, select the bulk action of install from the dropdown box and then click the button to apply.

Select the plugins you had installed, and then apply the bulk action to activate them.

Finally, you will got a confirmation notice that your plugins were activated.

To import the demo content by yourself, please follow the steps below:

1. 1. Go to Tools>Import. And Install Now WordPress. After install please Run Importer.
   
2. 2. Select Wordpress system then browse for the .xml file. You should be able to find it following the path Olomo_package>Sample-Data>olomo.wordpress.xml
3. 3. Do not choose any Author. You will then have the choice to import attachments, so click on the "Download and import file attachments" box. Click Submit.
4. 4. All done. Have fun!.

   !Important

   Go to Elementor Settings and select the checkbox "Elementor Header & Footer Builder" and atlast click on Save changes button.

Now you have a website just like our demo, with the pictures replaced by grey images.

Once you successfully installed OLOMO plugin at the time of theme installation and activation.

Then you just simply use the custom posts "Services Bookings", "Listings", "Pricing Plans" and "Coupons" at Wordrpress ADMIN Dashboard.

Once you successfully installed OLOMO SEARCH FILTER plugin at the time of theme installation and activation.

Then you just simply go to Wordrpress ADMIN Dashboard and go to left side bottom "Search Filter" option.

Please open the "Search Filer" option and choose "Yes" to all fields drop down. Atlast don't forget to click on "Save Changes". Please check the screenshot here:

Now your search will appear on Home Page1. Please check the screenshot here:

Once you successfully installed OLOMO EVENT plugin at the time of theme installation and activation.

Then you just simply go to Wordrpress ADMIN Dashboard and go to left side "Event" option.

Please open the "Event" option and from here you can easily add new Event, Edit, Delete and View all Events. Please check the screenshot here:

Once you successfully installed OLOMO REVIEWS plugin at the time of theme installation and activation.

Then you just simply go to Wordrpress ADMIN Dashboard and go to left side "Reviews" option.

Please open the "Reviews" option and from here you can view all the Reviews which is created for Listings. ADMIN can approve/publish or delete those reviews. Please check the screenshot here:

Once you successfully installed OLOMO IMPORTER plugin at the time of theme installation and activation.

Then you just simply go to Wordrpress ADMIN Dashboard and go to left side Tools --> "Olomo CSV Importer" option.

Please open the "Olomo CSV Importer" option and you can now start to add bulk listings from CSV file. Please download the CSV sample and make changes then upload it! Please check the screenshot here:

Olomo Elements is used to provide additional Elementor Elements for Olomo Theme. This plugin is required to use the theme.

Custom post type templates for Elementor is used to create custom template for custom post type in elementor. We used this plugin in our theme to create elementor template for "Auto" post type.

Once you successfully installed Featured Listing plugin at the time of theme installation and activation.

Then you just simply go to Wordrpress ADMIN Dashboard and go to left side "Listings" and check the Featured Checkbox.

After installation, you will be suggested to install additional plugins. To install them and activate, please navigate to Plugins, you will see a list of required and optional plugins. We recommend that you install the following to get the best of our theme:

Elementor Pague Builder plugin is the most popular drag and drop editor for wordpress.

After installation and activation, you will be able to add Social websites Login and Sign up front end registrations.

1. 1. From the 'Appearance' menu on the left-hand side of the Dashboard, select the 'Menus' option to bring up the Menu Editor.



2. 2. Select menu at the top of the page



3. 3. Scroll to the bottom of the menu editor window.
4. 4. In the section titled Theme locations, click the check box for the location where you want your menu to appear.
5. 5. Click Select to select menu.

Your new custom menu has been defined.

You can set any menu as primary menu here.

To set a page as Home page, go to Settings > Reading in your WordPress Dashboard panel.

1. 1. Set "Front page displays" as "A Static Page"
2. 2. In the drop down menu for "Front Page" choose a page which will be your home page.



3. 3. Save changes.

To set a Newsletter as page , go to MailChimp for WP in your WordPress Dashboard panel.

To set a Contact Form as page, go to Contact in your WordPress Dashboard panel.

Now you can manage Header from "Elementor" using "Ultimate Addons for Elementor Lite" plugin.

Now you can manage Footer from "Elementor" using "Ultimate Addons for Elementor Lite" plugin.

1. URL Rewrite

You can Set Rewrite URL listing , listing-category, location and features.

1. Click to Save changes Button.

2. Theme Color

You can Set Primary Color and Hover Color.

3. Site Logo

You can select an image file in your library or upload a new file from your computer to set as logo. Follow the steps below to set up your logo:

1. 1. Go to Theme Options > Header > Logo.  
2. 2. To set logo, cick Upload.
3. 3. If you already had the logo image in your media library, simply click on it then choose Select at the bottom right. If not, switch to Upload files tab then browse for the file in your computer. After it is uploaded to your library, click on it then Select.

4. 3. Click to Save changes Button.

Typography Setting

You can Set Typography H1, H2, H3, H4, H5, H6 and P Tag font size.

1. Click to Save changes Button.

Set Up Inner Header

You can select an image file in your library or upload a new file from your computer to set as inner banner. Follow the steps below to set up your logo:

1. 1. Go to Theme Options > Header > Inner Page Header.  
2. 2. To set Inner Page Banner Image , cick Upload.
3. 3. If you already had the image in your media library, simply click on it then choose Select at the bottom right. If not, switch to Upload files tab then browse for the file in your computer. After it is uploaded to your library, click on it then Select.
4. 3. Click to Save changes Button.

You can Set Filter Form default text translate. Examples Categories, Location Default Text etc.

1. Click to Save changes Button.

How to Create Google Map API

You can Set Google Map API Settings.

1. Click to Save changes Button.

Listing View

You can Set Listing Page Layout by chosing Listing Page design 1 , 2 and 3.

Also you can Set Listing Detail Page Layout by chosing style A and B.

1. Click to Save changes Button.

You can Set Payment Settings.

1. Click to Save changes Button.

You can Set Paypal Settings.

1. Click to Save changes Button.

You can Set Stripe Payment Settings.

1. Click to Save changes Button.

You can set PayStack Payment Settings.

You can set PayFast Payment Settings. But you must first select ZAR currency for using PayFast Payment gateway.

You can Set URL You Page Settings.Ex. Login Page URL, Author Page URL, Submit Listing, Edit Listing, Price plans etc.

PART1.

Step1. Goto Theme Options.
Step2. Goto APP Setup.
Step3. Enabled App.
Step4. Click on Save Changes.

PART2.

Step1. Now Download App file "olomo.apk" from theme option in your computer and move this file "olomo.apk" in your Android Mobile Phone.
Step2. Install "olomo.apk" in your Android Mobile Phone .
Step3. Once the app installed then Open the app in your android mobile phone.
Step4. Copy the Protected key from Theme Option and paste it, in your android mobile app.
Step5. Please run the app in your android mobile phone.

NOTE: Now you can follow Part1 and Part2 same for iOS app too.

PART3.

1. Once above both screenshots instructions done then come to Home page and refresh the Download App Page you will see instruction for download app for users:

Before App Setup :

Now android app is available for your customers.
They can download the Android App from website Header/Footer click "Download App" Page.

That's All!

This section is especially for all those who want to move settings from theme options panel between themes or when you move your website from test server to live. Please always remember to click "Save Changes" button. Without that you will lose all your changes.

Set Up Unlimited Theme Color

Unlimited Colors:- We includes backend color selectors so you can easily and quickly change your color throughout the entire theme.

You can select a color in Color Picker to set as Theme Color . Follow the steps below to set up your Theme Color:

1. 1. Go to Theme Options > General > Theme Color  
2. 2. To Select Color in Color Picker , cick Save Button.
3. 3. If you want to Default Theme Color cick Default Button. in Color Picker

4. 3. Click to Save changes Button.
